Important Dates & Information
Hello to all our wonderful families,
We can’t believe it is November already. Time flies during a pandemic. Again, we want
to thank all of you for trusting us to be the best Pre-school for your child.
Lots of exciting things happening this month. Please make sure to mark your
As we all know, the drop-off and pick up of the children can get a bit hectic. Now that
the time is changing it will be dark when most children will be picked up. Please be
extra aware of the parking lot. Also please know that traffic will be different and allow
yourself extra time to have your child picked up on time. As our policy states, late pick
up is any time past 6:00. The fee is $25.00 per 15 minutes or a fraction thereof. We
appreciate your cooperation.
Our tuition rate has been raised $10.00 per week per child starting November 2nd. If you
have any questions please feel free to talk to the office.
Our annual Book Fair will be from November 9th through the 13th. It will be different this
year due to Covid. Ms. Cheyenne will be sending out a special letter with all the
information within the next couple of days. Be sure to keep an eye out for it. Lots of fun
stuff will be happening.
On Friday the 20th of November will be our annual THANKSGIVING FEAST. Room 4
will be the Indians and room 5 will be the Pilgrims. They will be seated together at a
long table and talk about what we are thankful for. Kinderwood will supply the roasted
turkey. We will have a sign-up sheet on the clipboards if anyone would like to donate
the other items for our feast. This is one of Kinderwood’s fun days. The children really
enjoy this day.
Kinderwood will be closed for Thanksgiving, the 26th, and the Friday after, the
27th. Regular tuition rates still apply per our policy. If you decide to have your child out
for the entire week the rate will be half price. We will be putting up a holiday attendance
sheet within the first few weeks of the month. We need to know how many children will
be attending so that we can give our teachers some needed time off to spend with their
family. We use this form to maintain our teacher/child ratio.
And last, but not least, Ms. Jackie’s birthday is Saturday, November 28th. We hope it’s
filled with lots of love.
The Kinderwood family would like to wish all of you the best Thanksgiving possible. We
have had a rough year, but we have so much to be thankful for. As always thank you
for sharing your children with us.
Ms. Lee And Ms. Cheyenne
