Important Dates & Information
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. Your child will need to bring in their valentines on Wednesday, Feb. 12th. This is so we can ensure that every child will have them before the actual exchange. Please be sure that your valentines are completely assembled (if needed) and that they are signed with whom they are from. Your child’s teacher will not be able to complete or write out children’s names. You do NOT need to ADDRESS who the valentines are TO, just who they are from. The classrooms will have their valentine’s exchange on Friday, Feb. 14th at 9:30am. If you would like to bring a treat for your child’s class, we are asking that you help us to make healthy food choices. Please refrain from bringing store cupcakes. They have an abundance of sugar loaded frosting.
We are CLOSED on Monday, February 17th in observance of President’s Day. Reminder of our policy- if your child is absent the whole week it is half tuition prices. However, if your child attends one of the four days that we are open your regular tuition rates still apply. This day our staff will also be recertifying for their 1st Aid and CPR training.
Special reminder for March 1st– All children under the age of 2 must complete a Needs and Service plan. Please note that this must be completed every 3 months and this is a licensing requirement. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Just a few reminders to keep us all healthy:
” Being a mom of 4 Children and having been through the terrible two’s with all of them, I found that the t two year old teachers were all very helpful and understanding. They gave the children nothing but love and support.”
“I am a single Dad of 2 very energetic boys. My boys can not wait to get up in the morning and come to Kinderwood. The staff has always been very supportive and understanding of our situation. They care for the whole family not just the child.”
“My child has been attending Kinderwood for 2 years. During her time here I have seen her grow by leaps and bounds. She is growing up so fast right before my very eyes.”
